Glassdoor Honors Mavenlink as a Best Place to Work, an Employees' Choice Award
IRVINE, Calif., Dec. 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Mavenlink, the leading software platform for the modern services organization and a Gartner Cool Vendor*, has been honored with a Glassdoor Employees' Choice Award, recognizing the Best Places to Work in 2017. The Employees' Choice Awards program, now in its ninth year, relies solely on the input of employees, who elect to provide feedback on their jobs, work environments and companies via Glassdoor®.
"We are humbled and deeply appreciative of this recognition," said Ray Grainger, CEO and co-founder of Mavenlink. "Our team is our most prized asset. To provide the market and our clients with a superior experience, it requires that we find and retain superior talent. So we strive to be great in every regard. This award is validation of our continuous efforts to foster an environment that our team can thrive in."
On Glassdoor, current and former employees of companies worldwide can share insights and opinions about their work environments by sharing a company review, designed to capture a genuine and authentic inside look at what it's like to work at particular jobs and companies. Employees are asked to rate their satisfaction with the company overall, and key workplace factors like career opportunities, compensation, benefits, work/life balance, senior management, as well as culture and values.
The Best Places to Work are determined using company reviews shared by U.S. based employees between November 2, 2015 and October 30, 2016. The final list is compiled based on Glassdoor's proprietary algorithm, and takes into account quantity, quality and consistency of reviews.
"Company culture and the employee experience are critical considerations for job seekers everywhere when deciding where to work. To help, the Glassdoor Employees' Choice Awards recognize companies that truly stand out as Best Places to Work because they're purely determined by the authentic voice of those who really know a company best - the employees," said Robert Hohman, Glassdoor CEO and co-founder. "Employers where employees love to work continue to prove that they have a recruiting and business performance edge. We're proud to celebrate the 2017 Glassdoor Employees' Choice Awards winners in earning this incredible achievement."
The award follows several recent distinctions Mavenlink has received for its innovative solution, company growth and customer satisfaction. In September, Mavenlink was named a Leader in the 2016 FrontRunners quadrant for Project Management software by Software Advice, a Gartner company, in October the company was named the Outstanding Private Technology Company of the Year award by the Orange County (OC) Tech Alliance, and in November it was named a Red Herring Top 100 Global Company. Mavenlink also recently announced it received a $39 million investment from Goldman Sachs.
