(www.GlamMedia.com), the number one vertical media company with the largest global reach for women online, today announced the addition of two new strategic hires to help the company expand upon its lead in delivering innovative advertising solutions that allow premium brands to reach social audiences online. Navdeep Saini, former engineering executive at Yahoo!, has been appointed VP of Ad Products Engineering at Glam and will be responsible for developing new products and platforms. Additionally, Stanley Wong, former advertising and product executive at Yahoo! and Apple, has been appointed VP of Rich Media and Targeting, and will be leading Glam's efforts to deliver super premium ad products across Glam's network of more than 2,000 publishers.
Glam has also hired Paul Loeffler as head of public relations. Loeffler brings a wide range of communications experience to Glam, and is tasked with driving PR strategy and awareness internationally for the company's brand and services.

New Hires
Navdeep is an Internet advertising veteran and has extensive experience building and scaling products, platforms and teams in the online advertising and marketing industry. Navdeep served as VP of Engineering at Yahoo! for Search and Advertising Technology, where he helped build Yahoo!'s Panama ad platform. Prior to his tenure at Yahoo!, Saini served as VP of Engineering at DoubleClick, building and scaling DART and DART Enterprise. Most recently he was CTO at Permuto (Buysight), and built a dynamic display-advertising platform for e-commerce merchants.
Wong brings more than 15 years of experience in digital media advertising. He was employee number 41 at Yahoo! and in his first role as "Ad Man" in 1996, he evangelized and strategized with advertising clients and agencies including Proctor & Gamble, Ford Motor, Disney, PepsiCo, IBM, Y&R, and Grey Advertising to produce many of the Web's first marketing and advertising campaigns. He also built the team that created the Data Solutions sales effort at Yahoo!, and has held senior product and marketing positions at Apple, Better Inc., and Search Physics.
Loeffler has held agency and in-house roles at private and publicly traded companies. He most recently served as VP of SutherlandGold Group, a San Francisco-based PR agency, and was responsible for directing numerous PR campaigns for top technology startups such as Millennial Media, Trulia, Xobni, Causes.com and many others. Prior to his tenure at SutherlandGold, Loeffler held PR roles internally at popular consumer technology companies including, Palm, Inc. and Ask.com, driving awareness for product and corporate initiatives.
