GettingHired, LLC Launches New FastTrack 'Service Model' to Help Achieve Better Return-to-Work Outcomes
FastTrack Service Model Enables Long Term Disability & Workers Compensation Carriers, TPA's, Managed Care Organizations and Self-Insured, Self-Administered Employers to Outsource RTW Tasks and Focus on Managing Claims Processing
BEDMINSTER, N.J., Feb. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- GettingHired, LLC today formally announced the launch of its FastTrack Service Model. Aimed at Long Term Disability and Workers Compensation Carriers, Third Party Administrators, Managed Care Organizations and Self-Insured Self-Administered organizations with Return-to-Work operations, the FastTrack Service Model combines FastTrack technology with experienced RTW professionals working directly with claimants. Using FastTrack's specialized Career Services Tools, dedicated job coaches focus on vocational support and building RTW skills for disabled/injured worker claimants. This more focused one-on-one approach results in better engagement of disabled/injured workers and generates significantly more Return to Work options, leading to more job applications, interviews and job offers. The FastTrack Service Model is currently being used at several prominent carriers.
James Lunny, FastTrack's Vice President of Operations, stated, "We are very excited to have added our new 'Service Model' capability to our suite of FastTrack tools. Due to competing priorities, many claim organizations struggle with committing the dedicated one-on-one time with claimants needed to support the success of their Return-to-Work efforts. Customers using our dedicated job coaches, who act as the RTW point person on behalf of the claim processor, in combination with our proprietary RTW technology, are able to shorten average claim durations, avoid adverse claim closures, promote positive brand awareness towards RTW and dramatically increase opportunities for successful RTW results. These claim organizations are also using FastTrack to demonstrate employability and to reduce the need for incurring expenses for Transferable Skills Analysis (TSA) and Labor Market Surveys (LMS) services."
