SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc. ("Genesys") announced today that it, along with its parent companies, Greeneden U.S. Holdings II, LLC ("Greeneden II") and Greeneden Lux 3 S.à r.l. ("Lux 3" and together with Genesys and Greeneden II, the "Issuers"), intends to offer up to $700 million in aggregate principal amount of their senior unsecured notes due 2024 (the "Notes") in a private placement, subject to market and other conditions. The Notes are expected to be guaranteed by Greeneden U.S. Holdings I, LLC, Greeneden II's parent company, and certain wholly owned domestic and foreign subsidiaries of Genesys and Lux 3 on a senior unsecured basis. The Issuers intend to use the net proceeds from any such offering to fund the previously announced acquisition of Interactive Intelligence Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries, as well as general corporate purposes, including repayment of existing debt. Following consummation of the acquisition, Interactive Intelligence Group, Inc. and certain of its wholly owned domestic subsidiaries will guarantee the Notes on a senior unsecured basis.
