DENVER, March 17, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- FullContact, an industry leader in Identity Resolution as a Service, is enabling the next generation of authentic, one-to-one relationships between customers and brands with the launch of new capabilities to their Identity Resolution and insights platform. These new capabilities (including Resolve, Multi-Field Querying, Enrichment Insight Bundles, and Mobile Ad IDs) empower brands and publishers to build stronger relationships with their customers and deliver an improved, more personalized customer experience.

All are delivered in real-time, via an easily integrated API.

Each of these new capabilities is designed to provide brands with the tools to better identify and reach customers in real and engaging ways while continuing to provide those customers control over their personal information.

Brands can increase revenue and customer-lifetime-value when they deliver exceptional customer experience, treating customers like real people in real-time. FullContact's Identity Resolution enables this by connecting siloed and fragmented data across a brand's organization, building a holistic, omnichannel view of all customers. Recent enhancements to the FullContact platform include:  

  • Resolve: Resolve improves a brand's overall data picture by unifying all fragmented pieces of their customer, prospect, and user data -- matched to a persistent FullContact ID. This empowers improved interactions among people, their data, and brands/publishers, while dramatically increasing efficiency and the overall customer experience (particularly in real-time). It provides a deeper, more holistic understanding of customers at the individual and audience levels to enable relevant messaging across channels. This is important for CCPA compliance since you can't complete a data request without knowing the pieces of information you have on each individual. You simply cannot comply with CCPA without resolving identity.
  • Enrichment Insight Bundles: Enrichment Insight Bundles deliver broad, deep and multi-dimensional consumer-level data that allows brands to develop richer, more personalized customer experiences. Enrichment Insight Bundles also allow brands and publishers to create high-performing audiences for multi-channel campaigns that are relevant and targeted, leading to improved ROI and brand loyalty.
  • MAIDs: FullContact is making the identifiers assigned to mobile devices known as Mobile Ad Ids (MAIDs) even easier for their customers to use and activate. 87% of their MAIDs have a 0-12 Month recency, and none are older than 18 months, helping customers amplify their media reach, suppress audiences, and save on media spend.
  • Multi-Field Querying: The new Multi-Field Querying capabilities give brands and publishers the ability to enrich their customer files with reliable data from FullContact's identity graph using multiple identifiers they may already possess. This results in a higher level of accuracy and a comprehensive picture of customers and prospects.
