FullContact Acquires Cobook

DENVER, Jan. 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- FullContact Inc., a leading provider of contact management services, announces that it has acquired Latvia-based contact management software company Cobook SIA.  As part of the acquisition, the Cobook team will be moving to Denver to combine the offices. Kaspars Dancis, the CEO of Cobook, will take over responsibility of the FullContact Address Book platform as the Product Manager. The Cobook name and products will remain unchanged at this time.

FullContact's Address Book enables users to consolidate contacts from multiple services and keep them up to date. The company also provides a suite of APIs for application developers who want to give a more complete picture of contacts for their customers.
