IRVING, Texas, Dec. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- This New Year's Eve, couples can enjoy French-style festivities at Omni Hotels & Resorts when they book the new "French Toast!" package, available only on December 31. Bid adieu to 2011 with luxury accommodations, authentic French macarons and fresh fruit delivered to the guest room and a dinner for two, complete with a bottle of Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne to toast the New Year. The package also includes breakfast for two on New Year's Day and late checkout upon request. To further enhance the stay, guests will receive an advance call from an Omni concierge to customize the reservation.
Guests who book the "French Toast!" package can select a special "Flavors of France" menu that evokes the genuine essence of French food, wine, Champagne and cocktails with recipes that include Provencal Style Sea Scallops; Duck Breast with Roasted Vegetables in a Raspberry Balsamic Reduction; and Steak Pommes-Frites with a Black Pepper and Cognac Sauce. The menu was created by Omni chefs following a culinary immersion tour of France earlier this year.
