Former Check Point and N-trig HR Executive, Naama Sapir, Joins Earnix

Naama has more than 18 years of experience in various human resource leadership roles in growing global companies. Prior to joining Earnix, Naama held the position of VP Human Resources at N-trig, where she was responsible for executive management development in alignment with changing company requirements and rallying the company around its new leadership and company culture. Before that, Naama served as Head of Human Resources Israel and Global Organizational Development Manager at Check Point Software Technologies (Nasdaq: CHKP). In this capacity, in addition to large scale HR responsibilities, she was involved in numerous international post-merger integration processes. Previously, Naama acted as an independent organizational consultant for almost a decade, providing services to various Israeli enterprises with an emphasis on organizational change, management team development and general HR issues. A certified clinical psychologist, she has also been practicing clinical psychotherapy for over 17 years.
