Before joining 6sense, Dale was the national VP of sales at CBS Interactive. One of his key achievements was helping the team overhaul and implement the marketing stack of which 6sense was a part. Over the last 18 months, Dale's team not only optimized their marketing but also built new products and solutions leveraging 6sense technology. As a result, the CBS Interactive team was able to create a new revenue source to further scale the B2B business.
Prior to CBS Interactive, Dale was director of marketing solutions and a founding team member of LinkedIn's Marketing Solutions Group, the division responsible for display ads and all marketing-centered products. During his tenure, Dale focused on scaling the team, hiring an average of 10 salespeople per week while keeping the culture and values in place. With great people on the team, he was able to focus on developing the right customer relationships. As result of these efforts, the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Group grew 10x in just four years.
Dale also held senior sales positions at IAC and Dow Jones during the time when publishers were seeing that buyers were starting to move online to research products and solutions. His teams were responsible for developing some of the first integrated brand and content syndication solutions on the web for major brands like The Wall Street Journal.
