AKRON, Ohio, Nov. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Two weeks ago, sports fans tallied more than 200,000 votes to establish which college football game was most "Blimpworthy" in a specified weekend. Today and tomorrow, the opportunity comes again, as fans can help decide which college football game will attract the Goodyear Blimp – through online voting.

A promotion via Goodyear's website and ESPN's SportsNation TV program will help choose which upcoming game is Blimpworthy. This term helps define the significance of a big sporting event by the presence of the Goodyear Blimp flying overhead and providing aerial television coverage.
From today until end-of-day Nov. 15, voting is open and rotating on www.espn.com (search term "Blimpworthy") and also available at the dedicated Blimpworthy page at http://espn.go.com/sportsnation/post/_/id/7160978/goodyear-blimpworthy-poll to decide where the Blimp will provide aerial coverage.
This week's opportunity for voters to direct Goodyear to send one of its three U.S.-based blimps to a specific game will involve these Nov. 26 contests: Notre Dame – Stanford; Clemson – South Carolina; and Florida State – Florida.
The Blimpworthy voting results will be announced live on ESPN2's SportsNation on Wednesday, Nov. 16.
"From the asphalt to the gridiron, Goodyear is there with superior performance.
