The main event on May 7 includes two challenges. During the individual competition, chefs will use the bounty they caught during a charter-fishing trip to make a signature dish. A team contest will then divide competing chefs into two groups that compete against each other and the clock to create a winning entree. The chefs will ultimately be tested with a live vote from guests who sample the treats.
This year's participating chefs include Kathleen Blake, Joey Ward, Craig Deihl, Cesar Zapata, Jeremy Sewall and Kenny Gilbert.
