The Novarica ACE Rankings are based on an online survey conducted by insurance research and advisory firm Novarica of senior technology and operational executives at insurer companies who have had direct experience with a vendor product and organization.
FirstBest's customers gave the company an overall customer satisfaction rating of 93 out of 100, with staff receiving an overall rating of 93, functionality garnering a rating of 96, and technology achieving an overall rating of 91.
