The Art of Catering Food brings its unique program to a new city each year, inspiring chefs across the country. In its fourth year, the event is dialing in to the budding foodie culture of Salt Lake City. Boots, Buckles & BBQ
Presented by Culinary Crafts, the official Art of Catering Food party takes you back in time. Boots, Buckles & BBQ will celebrate Utah Valley hospitality at This Is The Place Heritage Park, located at the base of the Wasatch mountain range. While you're gathering inspiration for your next catered event, enjoy whiskey tastings, sip on signature cocktails, and sample the best catered creations in town during a night of dancing and country-style entertainment. Boots, Buckles & BBQ will take place Tuesday, August 11, 6:30 – 10:00 pm. The party is an add-on to your registration package at $129.

After classroom sessions wrap up on Monday afternoon, you'll get an up-close look at how successful Salt Lake City caterers organize their operations and develop unique culinary offerings. Choose one of three exclusive tour options:
- Tour 1 - Culinary Tour: Visit three Salt Lake City caterers, with samples of food, beverages, and behind-the-scenes secrets at each location. Stops include Culinary Crafts, and the mobile catering operations of Marley's Gourmet Sliders and Utah Food Service.
- Tour 2 - Cultural Walking Tour: Enjoy a guided walking tour through Salt Lake City's cultural and culinary offerings with samples along the way.
