- Concluded 2017 with a strong backlog of over 200 licenses sold for centers to be developed in the future.
European Wax Center kicked off 2017 with an empowering advertising campaign—"Revealing You. Revealing Beautiful Skin"-- that delivered on the brand's positioning of unapologetic confidence that is about revealing beautiful skin while being true to one's self. The campaign appeared in TV, radio and OOH channels as well as substantial digital elements including influencer programming, digital content partnerships and social media. In addition, EWC debuted the brand's first influencer ambassador campaign, Strut Society, with a launch event that highlighted and introduced 16 influencers from various categories including, lifestyle print and digital, beauty and fashion. National campaign elements that EWC invested in were showcased in fashion and lifestyle publications including Allure, Cosmopolitan, Glamour, and InStyle.
