NEW YORK, June 8, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: ESRT) announced today that Ernst & Young renewed its lease at First Stamford Place, covering 35,661 square feet over contiguous space in two buildings at the award-winning office complex.
