The $8.5 million project includes total restoration of the property's atrium and lobby areas, completed updates to 341 guestrooms, a revamped fitness center and efficient re-design of the meeting spaces, hallways and guest areas.

The most prominent element of the project is the newly designed atrium and lobby, where guests will find entirely new flooring, lounge decor and furniture, as well as a new fountain, a large screen TV and a replica of the famous sculpture, BIRD.
