NEW YORK, March 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- ELLE DECOR, the preeminent title in the shelter category for two years in a row, ranked in the top 3% for newsstand sales of all 572 magazines measured by ABC for the second half of 2010. Sales at newsstand soared despite a 20% increase in cover price ($5.99); ELLE DECOR was one of only two titles in the top 20 that raised its cover price in 2010.
