"Stu has clearly demonstrated during his tenure with us as President and COO a passion for our industry and our mission, strong leadership and a commitment to excellence," says Avy Stein, chairman of the Board of Directors for ECA. "Stu's background prior to ECA and his personal focus on education positions ECA as a company to leverage the growth potential that exists in the education sector, both organically and through acquisitions."
