On-Campus
- Best Renovation of Existing University Housing: Bowles Hall Renovation at University of California Berkeley
Spearheaded by the Bowles Hall Foundation, EdR led the development and construction management of the extensive renovation of one of the first dormitories built on the University of California Berkeley's campus. Opened in 1928, the building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989, and reopened to students in August of 2016.
- Best Vendor/University Solution: Bowles Hall Renovation at University of California Berkeley with Elauwit Networks
For the complicated and extensive renovation for Bowles Hall at University of California Berkeley, EdR brought Elauwit into the fold from the start of the project to ensure top-quality and future-proof technology solutions for students. Elauwit and EdR worked hand-in-hand with the historic renovation experts, the University of California Berkeley, architects and project managers in order to complete infrastructure improvements that included fiber and cable extended throughout the property.
