Eaton Vance Enhanced Equity Income Fund II, Eaton Vance Risk-Managed Diversified Equity Income Fund Annual Meeting of Shareholders
BOSTON, April 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- At a meeting held on April 25, 2011, shareholders of Eaton Vance Enhanced Equity Income Fund II (NYSE: EOS) and Eaton Vance Risk-Managed Diversified Equity Income Fund (NYSE: ETJ) (the "Funds"), each a closed-end investment company, voted to elect Benjamin C. Esty, Thomas E. Faust Jr. and Allen R. Freedman as Class I Trustees of the Funds, each for a three-year term. The Funds' Class II and Class III Trustees, who serve staggered terms, were not up for election and remain in office.
