eaHELP® Promotes First Employee to President
Tricia Sciortino First Served as CEO's Assistant, Now Leads Operations at Virtual Assistant Service Provider
ATLANTA, July 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- eaHELP, the leading executive virtual assistant provider, announced today that Tricia Sciortino, currently vice president of operations for eaHELP, was promoted to president of eaHELP effective July 1, 2015.
After a successful retail management career, where her district became the highest-grossing one in the company and her team grew to include more than 150 employees, Tricia became the virtual assistant supporting eaHELP co-founder and CEO Bryan Miles in his role as vice president of consulting for a national church construction firm.
"I first met Tricia when she replaced my former assistant who did not come back to work after maternity leave," Miles said. "My first impressions of Tricia were that she was tough, smart, responsive, and could execute my many tasks and duties very well. I was incredibly grateful that when I left that position to start eaHELP, she followed me a few months later."
Tricia became eaHELP's very first employee and first virtual assistant, and has been an integral part of eaHELP's fabric since the very beginning. Along the way, she helped create the culture of service and the standards each eaHELP virtual assistant (VA) carries out today.
"Over the past five years, Tricia has worked with some really high-caliber leaders," eaHELP co-founder and COO Shannon Miles said. "She started out supporting Bryan, and then supported Michael Hyatt who became a huge brand ambassador for eaHELP because of what she did for him. Because of the administrative burdens she's borne for her clients, their results and possibilities were ignited - and that's exactly what we want for each and every client. She's translated this passion to serve into her leadership positions at eaHELP. She sets a tremendous example of service for her team."
Tricia, along with her management team, will now be responsible for all areas of eaHELP - sales, operations, client relations, finance, marketing, human resources and all the other moving parts of the eaHELP machine.
"I just think Tricia's story is a great one," Bryan Miles said. "She's gone from being my assistant to now the president of eaHELP. I think that's the kind of story people can identify with. I love it when I see loyalty, hard work and execution pay off, and that's exactly what's happened with Tricia. I'm so very proud of how she's developed as a leader, and know that we've only scratched the surface of her potential. eaHELP is positioned well for future growth under her leadership, passion and care."
eaHELP's virtual assistants are helping leaders ignite their business results inside organizations all over the country, from major corporations to entrepreneurs and solo practitioners.
