Responding to customer feedback, DX is implementing new supply and inventory policies with expedited dispatch that will greatly enhance order processing, fulfillment, and delivery times.

"DX's 72 Hour Dispatch will allow thousands of items to be shipped from our facility within 72 hours of order payment, allowing us to serve customers much faster than ever before. In addition we will increase our inventories to facilitate this service upgrade," said Mr. Qiu, DX.com senior marketing executive.
System Enhancements
Starting in July, this service will apply to over 8,000 of our most popular product SKUs and each month DX will add more product eligibility. All shipping destinations will be served by this new process, delivery times will be greatly reduced and no additional fees will be added.
Qualifying products will be dispatched from the DX facility within 72 hours or less after order payment has been completed. Current delivery methods will be used and the normal ordering process will remain unchanged for a familiar customer shopping experience.
* Please note that transit and delivery times for EMS and Hong Kong post will remain the same.
DX will continually add more product SKUs for inclusion and continue to bring more features and services to the program.
