Throughout the month of June, fans can visit BeattheHeatGame.com where they may select a Mets- or Yankees-themed game. To play, the user will release a baseball into the game board where it will eventually fall into one of seven spaces at the bottom, five of which contain prizes that the player could win. In addition, all players earn one entry into the Grand Prize sweepstakes, and players who do not win a "physical" instant win prize, are given five extra entries into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. Users have the chance to win Dunkin' Donuts mGifts, Mets or Yankees tickets, signed jerseys and baseballs by favorite players from both teams and more. Prizes are personalized to each individual player's favorite team: Mets or Yankees. At the conclusion of the sweepstakes, one Grand Prize Winner from each team will win suite access to an upcoming game for 14 friends.
Dunkin' Donuts will also be bringing the Beat the Heat Instant Win Game & Sweepstakes to life in-restaurant via ten events held throughout the New York Tri-State area*, where fans can drop a baseball game piece into a board for the chance to win baseball tickets or Dunkin' Donuts merchandise. There is no purchase necessary and the sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents residing New York (Bronx, Dutchess, Kings, Nassau, New York, Orange, Putnam, Queens, Richmond, Rockland, Suffolk, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester counties), New Jersey (Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union and Warren counties) and Connecticut (Fairfield county), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
