Due to Impending Winter Storm, Datawatch Moves Announcement of Q115 Financial Results to January 28
CHELMSFORD, Mass., Jan. 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Datawatch Corporation (NASDAQ-CM: DWCH), a leading global provider of visual data discovery solutions, today announced that due to a major winter storm across the Northeast, affecting business and travel throughout the region, the company has moved the date it will publish its first quarter 2015 financial results by one day from January 27, 2015 to January 28, 2015 at approximately 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Datawatch has also moved the date of the first quarter of fiscal year 2015 earnings call to 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time on January 29, 2015.
The conference call access information is unchanged from what was previously announced, and will be included in the press release containing first fiscal quarter of 2015 financial results.
