SAN FRANCISCO, July 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Drawp for School, the popular classroom workflow management app, has launched a new website with an original Drawp Resource Marketplace to provide teachers with easy-to-access resources for the classroom. The new collaborative platform allows teachers to browse original content—including lesson plans, worksheets and graphics—from fellow teachers as well as from publishers. Teachers can easily locate material for all classes and subjects. They can also share their own content within their school district, as well as publicly. The beta launch is a continuation of Drawp's ongoing commitment to building a robust and comprehensive collection of K-12 educational tools and resources.

Curriculum-sharing marketplaces are redefining how teachers research and incorporate new materials and teaching methods. "Collaboration has been at the core of our mission from the beginning," says Ana Albir, Drawp founder and CEO. "We hear so much from our Drawp teachers who want to directly share teacher-created and teacher-curated content, and now we're giving them the chance to do that. We're excited to add the Drawp Resource Marketplace to allow teachers to inspire and be inspired by the fresh ideas of other educators."
Drawp's team of education specialists has created proprietary digital learning resources that cover all K-5 subjects, with comprehensive K-12 content to come. Drawp has partnered with the Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE) to provide English Language Development (ELD) premium content to support teachers in the successful implementation of programs for English Language Learners (ELL). Content for all subjects—both free and paid—by multiple vendors is being added and updated as the rollout continues.
"We started using Drawp as a solution to enhance the Four Cs for our youngest learners, and our partnership has just been a fantastic experience for us," says Michael R. McCormick, Superintendent at Val Verde Unified School District. "Now, our teachers are excited that the Drawp Resource Marketplace will allow them to quickly access fresh and original content to continue to provide cutting-edge educational opportunities for our students."
The Drawp for School app is an efficiency-building workflow management tool with a sharing platform that lets teachers send assignments with a single swipe. Students use top-quality visual, audio, and text tools to create content and to complete assignments for different subjects. Students simply swipe to submit, and all work is automatically sorted, organized and stored in the unlimited private Drawp cloud. Teachers can also give audio instruction or feedback by using the voice sticker feature. Drawp for School is COPPA compliant and Common Core aligned.
Drawp For School is compatible with Mac, Windows, iPad, Android and Chromebook. Download Drawp for School for all platforms on the Drawp for School website. Teachers can sign up on the site to start browsing, accessing, creating or sharing content now. Publishers interested in integrating their content with the Drawp platform can submit proposals using this form.
