The tour—which will make stops in nearly 20 global cities—will delve into how digital disruption and the evolution of technology will shape the future of organizations. During this tour stop—which will take place at the city's US Bank Stadium—some of the topics addressed will include hyperconvergence, how to simplify multifaceted enterprises through a cloud OS, and best practices surrounding virtualization, networking, and storage.
At the event, Dr. Langer, who has authored a book titled Guide to Software Development, will highlight how technology will change the way companies deliver, manage, and measure their services and why it is imperative for organizations to leverage their IT department in order to compete in an ever-changing global economy. Ajay Aggarwal, VP Americas SE, Nutanix and Raghu Nandan Sr. Director, Product Management, Nutanix will also deliver remarks during the event. The .NEXT tour is sponsored by Dell, Lenovo, Citrix, Rubrik, and Zerto.
"I think it's wonderful that Nutanix has created a space for leaders in the IT industry to connect and discuss best practices for companies to survive during this age of digital transformation," said Dr. Langer. "IT leaders will be trailblazers when it comes to the survival of organizations as the tech landscape continues to evolve. The only way that they will be able to lead organizations through these changes is if we look beyond their traditional IT roles. They will be the ones responsible for understanding changes in the market, creating dynamic internal processes and having them implemented within the organization."
