Douglas Elliman Grows Scope of ELLIMAN Magazine to Capture Regional and Global Audiences; Now Offers International Distribution
Luxury Lifestyle Publication Explores In-depth Analysis of Global Marketplace And Profiles Local Communities Within the Regions of Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Westchester, Long Island, Hamptons, North Fork, Florida and California.
NEW YORK, Oct. 23, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Legendary real estate brokerage Douglas Elliman today announced the launch of a consumer focused re-design of ELLIMAN, the firm's luxury lifestyle publication. With stories and features with broad appeal, the magazine will now refocus and be dedicated to lifestyle, real estate and the regions in which the company serves. Covering Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Westchester, Long Island – with special spotlights on the Hamptons and the North Fork – Florida and California, the magazine will also focus on the international luxury marketplace as part of the company's new global brand alliance: Douglas Elliman Fine Homes/Knight Frank Residential. ELLIMAN now features a unique cover property specific to each region, and for the first time, will be distributed globally through Douglas Elliman Fine Homes/Knight Frank Residential's worldwide network of more than 412 offices in 52 countries.

ELLIMAN will appear two times a year, and the first consumer-focused issue will launch on October 23, 2014 in NYC and roll out to other markets throughout the following week, including Long Island and The Hamptons on October 24, Florida on October 31, and Los Angeles on November 1st. ELLIMAN will reach consumers in its various markets widely, with 298,000 copies set to be distributed for its initial national launch, with more copies to be displayed throughout Europe and Asia.
