On October 22, 2014, Parker-Hannifin Corporation (Parker) announced that its Board of Directors increased the Company's regular quarterly cash dividend to $0.63 per common share, representing an increase of 31% over the previous quarterly dividend of $0.48 per common share. On October 23, 2014, PulteGroup, Inc. (PulteGroup) announced financial results for Q3 2014. Total revenue during the quarter came in at $1.6 billion, up 0.8% YoY. Home sale revenues increased 4.0% YoY to $1.6 billion, led by an increase of 8% in average selling price to $334,000. Diluted EPS for the period was $0.37 as compared to $5.87 in Q3 2013. PulteGroup stated that the prior year earnings reflected the income tax benefit primarily related to the reversal of the Company's deferred tax asset valuation allowance. The Company also announced that its Board of Directors have approved an increase in its quarterly dividend by 60% to $0.08 per share as well as an increase in the Company's share repurchase authorization of $750 million. On October 22, 2014, Northrop Grumman Corporation (Northrop Grumman) released financials for Q3 2014. The total sales during the quarter decreased by 2.0% to c.$6 billion.
