Developers Diversified Realty Announces Closing of $350 Million of Convertible Senior Notes Due 2040
BEACHWOOD, Ohio, Nov. 5, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Developers Diversified Realty Corporation (NYSE: DDR) announced that it has closed its underwritten public offering of 1.75% convertible senior notes due 2040. Additionally, the underwriters have exercised their $45 million over-allotment option. As a result, the Company issued $350 million aggregate principal amount of its convertible senior notes.
Developers Diversified expects to use the net proceeds from the offering to reduce balances on its corporate revolving credit facilities and for general corporate purposes.
