The Award-Winning Designer Brings His Iconic Style to a Multi-Channel Market with Veteran Retailer
ATLANTA, July 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Ballard Designs, a leading home décor retailer, announces a new furniture collection with internationally recognized designer, Miles Redd. The collection, officially launching this August, is the first direct-to-consumer collaboration for Redd and aims to give customers an approachable resource for high-end design.
The launch assortment, exclusively designed for Ballard, features 28 cross-category products, including casegoods, upholstery, wall décor, lighting and accessories.

This collection, following the highly successful product partnerships with Suzanne Kasler and Bunny Williams, marks the third designer collaboration for the brand in the last seven years.

Miles Redd embarked on his interior design career after graduating from NYU, honing his skills with luminary antiques dealer John Rosselli and decorator Bunny Williams. In 1998 he opened his own design firm in New York City's NoHo neighborhood. He is known for his quirky brand of cozy glamour. His unique aesthetic vision is characterized by playful mélanges of high and low, invigorated with whimsical splashes of color and modern gestures. Drawing on inspirations ranging from Richard Avedon fashion photographs to Rene Gruau illustrations, Redd has crafted interiors for a wide array of venues.
