Legal-Bay reports that there have been several settled cases already in the litigation, but the terms have been undisclosed. Last year 3 DePuy ASR cases set to go to trial in Las Vegas, NV State Court were settled before a verdict; and most recently a California case was also settled for an undisclosed amount of money.
