All three hires expand the company's subject matter expertise and experience with major national brands.
As Director of Public Relations, Kirkpatrick leads the day-to-day management of integrated public relations campaigns for clients. In addition to directing a portfolio of accounts, Kirkpatrick will oversee the Delucchi Plus public relations department and contribute to the new business development process. Prior to Delucchi Plus, Kirkpatrick was Director of Digital Engagement at Home Front Communications, and previously Digital Publicity Manager of Engagement at MXM Social, where she worked with clients including ABC Family, Walt Disney Studios, ARM & HAMMER, and AT&T.
In the role of Art Director, Italiano is responsible for creative concepts that drive the production of client advertising and marketing campaigns. Italiano also works across Delucchi Plus practice groups to bring a design-focused approach to marketing deliverables throughout the company, including in the new business development process. Before joining Delucchi Plus, Italiano was Art Director at BFG Communications, where he oversaw the design process for brands including Campari, Skyy Vodka, Wild Turkey, and Cape Cod Chips.
As Account Director, Retail, McClean provides strategic direction, budgeting, and relationship management across Delucchi Plus retail accounts. McClean was previously Director of Paid Media at PM Digital in New York, and her 11 years experience in integrated marketing includes work with brands like Wyndham Extra Holiday, Laura Mercier, Urban Decay, IPPOLITA, and Smithsonian Journeys. McClean draws on strong retail experience to help expand the agency's retail portfolio and advance the Delucchi Plus name in the national retail industry.
