Deloitte Boosts its Inclusion Leadership with Four New Appointments
Organization expands definition of inclusion to incorporate gender, diversity, generations, flexibility and well-being
NEW YORK, Oct. 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- As a part of Deloitte's ongoing mission to foster an environment where leaders thrive, four executives have been appointed to the organization's new Inclusion leadership team. Joining the ranks are Julia Cloud, Deloitte Tax LLP, as managing partner of Deloitte's Women's Initiative (WIN), Kelvin Womack, Deloitte Consulting, as managing principal for Diversity, Paul Silverglate, Deloitte & Touche LLP, as managing partner for Work-Life and Christie Smith, Deloitte Consulting LLP, as managing principal for the Deloitte University Leadership Center for Inclusion.
