To support continued growth, DDCA has announced the hiring of Joshua Baca as Vice President of Campaign Services. Recently serving as the National Coalitions Director for Romney for President, Joshua oversaw outreach to targeted communities, groups, and associations, managed key relationships, and supervised specific GOTV activities. At DDCA, Baca will build on his political and public affairs experience to consult, advise, and develop comprehensive public affairs and advocacy strategies and initiatives for clients.

Prior to joining the Romney for President Campaign, Joshua served as a Campaign Director at DDCA for over three years, working closely with some of the firm's most important clients. In this role, Joshua was successful developing campaign strategies for coalitions, political, corporate, and non-profit clients. Joshua had previously worked on Capitol Hill for former U.S. Representative Heather Wilson as a Legislative Assistant. He was a key contributor to several of her campaigns, serving as a Field Director in her run for the U.S. Senate in 2008.
Joshua received his Masters of Arts Degree from Johns Hopkins University in Government with a focus in Political Communication. He is also a graduate of Texas Tech University.
