In this role, Ms. Poglitsch will oversee DataGen's data analytic business lines focused around Medicare policy analytics and emerging healthcare payment models including bundled payments, ACOs, and other value-based payment initiatives.
With more than 20 years of experience in data analytics, Ms. Poglitsch has expertise in developing roadmaps for innovation, benchmarking and measuring outcomes, and proactively managing change. She spent the last 10 years at Beacon Health Options, most recently as the SVP of Informatics and Analytics. There, she led the company's analytic thought leadership efforts, transforming Beacon into an information-based, outcomes-driven culture. Ms. Poglitsch developed best practices related to data preparation and analysis, and drove process improvements for clinical and quality outcomes measurement and program evaluation.
