Dahlman Rose & Co. Expands Investment Banking Team

NEW YORK, Sept. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Dahlman Rose & Company, LLC, a leading investment bank specializing in natural resources, transportation, and other industries in the global supply chain, announced today that it has appointed Erik C. Codrington as Managing Director, Project Finance, effective immediately. In the new position, Mr. Codrington will support the firm's investment banking practice by providing debt-related advisory and placement services to corporate clients.

Mr. Codrington, 46, has more than 18 years of experience in advising and obtaining debt financing for various companies in global supply chain industries including power, oil & gas, chemicals, and infrastructure. Previously, he served as a financial advisor to the U.S. Department of Energy's Loan Guarantee Program Office, where he worked across the renewable, clean technology, biofuels, and advanced fossil fuel sectors.  In addition, Mr. Codrington has held numerous positions at Citigroup and JP Morgan, providing advisory and debt financing services for more than 50 global transactions, including financing of pipelines, upstream oil & gas, refining & gas processing, offshore rigs, renewable and fossil power plants, petrochemicals, LNG, mining, and more. Before his career on Wall Street, Mr. Codrington was an officer in the U.S. Navy.

Mr. Codrington received his MBA from Duke University with a concentration in Finance. He also received a BA in Economics from Cornell University.
