SHOP is able to invite a website's visitors to take a quick, engaging survey to learn what type of shopper they are. Once the shopper takes the survey, they are encouraged to share their "shopping personality" with their social media network via Twitter & Facebook, creating a viral loop and thus referring others back to the originating e-tailer's site. On the back-end, SHOP gathers valuable analytics & demographic data about visitors that the e-tailer can use to better market and merchandize their online store.
