Crawford and AutoReturn Partner to Offer Managed Towing Solutions
Provides one-stop service to streamline processes, reduce claim costs
ATLANTA, June 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Crawford & Company (NYSE: CRDA; CRDB), the world's largest independent provider of claims management solutions, and AutoReturn have formed a strategic partnership to provide towing solutions to Crawford customers, adding to the Company's comprehensive vehicle services offering.

Crawford's managed towing solutions provide end-to-end management of the entire tow process, including:
- A managed network of towing professionals who are screened, certified and rated
- Guaranteed services levels to clients
- Limited liability through utilizing a third-party vendor
- Significantly reduced administrative and claims costs
- Contracted towing rates under a national account basis.
The towing service is available either through Crawford's Vehicle Services managed repair network or as a standalone offering for all U.S. Property & Casualty lines of business. AutoReturn, a leader in towing management and logistics solutions, has made sizable investments in technology, processes, training programs and other infrastructure to help achieve efficiencies, superior service and increased cost recovery.
In addition to the managed repair network, Crawford's nationwide Vehicle Services include damage appraisal for autos, heavy equipment, recreational watercraft, recreational vehicles and motorcycles, and condition inspections for a variety of vehicles, including leased and fleet autos and heavy equipment.
