Cox Commemorates Customer Service Week (Oct 3 - 9) Through Special Recognitions for Customers and Service Professionals
CHESAPEAKE, Va., Oct. 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- With nearly 400,000 basic video cable subscribers in Hampton Roads and nearly 1800 Cox employees in the region, the leadership of Cox is pleased to recognize both its valued customers and its many customer service professionals who manage customer relationships. To commemorate this momentous occasion, Cox has established a special I-Pad contest and other recognitions for customers; and Cox is also holding numerous internal recognition activities for its customer service professionals.
From October 3 – 9, 2011 Cox Communications will recognize national Customer Service Week. This is an international event devoted to recognizing the importance of customer service. It also intended to honor the people who serve and support customers with the highest degree of care and professionalism.
At any Cox Solutions Store, customers are provided with sign-up opportunities to win an I-Pad through a special "enter-to-win" program. You do not have to be present to win. Solutions Store locations in Hampton Roads are noted below.
