Cornerstone Financial Credit Union Selects ShareBase for Secure Access to Lending Information

CLEVELAND, Nov. 28, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Cornerstone Financial Credit Union, serving more than 40,000 members nationwide, has selected ShareBase, an enterprise cloud-based sharing product from Hyland. Using ShareBase within its lending operations, Cornerstone FCU will gain greater control over lending documentation shared with external members.

As a current Hyland customer leveraging its OnBase enterprise information platform, Cornerstone FCU sought a cloud-based sharing tool to offer members secure access to loan-related documents and packages. The credit union relied on Hyland as a trusted advisor to provide insight into secure file sharing best practices and learned how ShareBase can add value to its lending operations.

Selected for its security, ShareBase will provide an intuitive, automated and secure way for members to access loan information while incorporating an automatic audit trail to ensure corporate and industry compliance. Developed and designed specifically with security in mind, all files in ShareBase are encrypted while at-rest and in-transit. Additionally, data encryption keys are themselves encrypted and rotated to meet the toughest security standards.
