Copper Announces International Expansion in the UK, Rapid Customer Growth
The #1 recommended CRM for Google establishes international footprint to meet customer demand
SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 14, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Copper, the #1 Google-recommended CRM formerly known as ProsperWorks, is expanding into Europe as it continues to serve small-to-medium-sized businesses around the world. The expansion will result in added partnership and career opportunities for businesses across Europe.
Copper UK has seen close to an 80 percent year-over-year revenue growth, placing it as the fastest growing CRM globally with a portfolio of more than 12,000 customers. Copper has also joined forces with several top Google Premier partners in Europe in an effort to bring productivity and CRM closer together. These companies include Avalon (Nordics and DACH), CTS and WhiteStratus (UK), Cirruseo and Devoteam (France), Innext (Italy), and Nubalia (Spain and Portugal).
"Customer relationships are changing and CRM has quickly become a tool servicing more than just sales teams," said Jon Aniano, chief product officer at Copper. "We're thrilled to continue building on our already strong customer base in the UK and focus on creating a product that allows people to effectively manage relationships without the headache of manually updating and inputting information."
CRM has quickly become the fastest-growing software market, bringing in a worldwide revenue of $39.5 billion in 2017 and surpassing all other software markets, according to Gartner. However, while companies globally are using CRM, the technology isn't keeping pace with today's customer demands. In a recent survey, Copper discovered that 56 percent of respondents have used three or more CRM tools in their careers and 80 percent of respondents still manually enter information. Copper has set out to shape the future of CRM by creating a software that works where people across the globe already are - in G Suite.
"Our expansion into Europe is another proofpoint that companies need a better tool for capturing customer relationships without the burdensome process of data management," said Morgan Norman, chief marketing officer at Copper. "We're changing CRM altogether though our deep integrations and partnership with Google. Through our Chrome extension, users can tap into important customer data within their Gmail, Google Docs, Hangouts and more, making customer organization easier than ever."
Copper's new office will be located in central London. The company currently services businesses in over 100 countries and supports nine languages.
