Cooking Light Announces First-ever Tasting Event 'Light Up The Night' In Celebration Of 25th Anniversary
Eleven Celebrity Chefs and Mixologists Join Cooking Light for a Haute and Healthy Culinary Celebration Showcasing Lightened Up Versions of Signature Dishes and Drinks

NEW YORK, June 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Cooking Light today announced Light Up The Night, a first-ever event bringing together celebrity chefs and master mixologists on Friday, September 21 2012, to serve up healthy, delicious food and drink on the Chelsea Market Passage of New York's High Line. The world-renowned chefs who will appear at Light Up The Night sharing lightened up versions of their signature dishes include:

Leading mixologists Pascaline Lepeltier of Rouge Tomate and Jim Meehan of PDT will accent the chefs' presentations with a menu of custom light cocktails and ten selected vintners will present wines from many of Sonoma County's 15 distinctive regions, offering guests the opportunity to explore the diversity of quality wines from Sonoma County.
