Unifying all of Anittel's offices onto one platform was vital, as there were a variety of different systems in place. Anittel chose ConnectWise to support and automate their help desk, dispatching, service-level management, project management and CRM with integrated time tracking, billing and reporting in a single, web-based application.
Tim Brewer, Anittel's General Manager in Perth, appreciated the ability of ConnectWise to install and configure quickly, and hit the ground running with the rollout taking less than three weeks at each office. ConnectWise software has been installed in the company's 15 office locations and is used by its 230 employees nationwide.
