Concierge Auctions names next owner of 131-acre Colorado ranch & arena

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., July 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Concierge Auctions, which sells high-end properties worldwide through a live bidding solution, has announced the successful auction of Shiloh Ranch & Arena, a 131-acre equestrian estate just north of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Following an active bidding session with eight qualified bidders, the property is under contract in cooperation with Billy Long and Ron Morris of Ranch Marketing Associates. This was Concierge's second auction this year on behalf of the seller and it's second assignment alongside Ranch Marketing Associates.
