The 1.15-acre property, perched on a mountainside overlooking the slopes, closed for $5.61 million. The auction was held in cooperation with Doug Leibinger and Stefan Peirson of Aspen Snowmass Sotheby's International Realty. The auction attracted buyers globally, and the winning bidder came from Texas.
