Toll Roads
Triunfo manages 641 kilometers of highways in the South and Southeast regions of Brazil through the concessionaires Concepa, Concer and Econorte. It also holds majority interests in the companies Rio Guaiba, Rio Bonito and Rio Tibagi, which provide general services to the three toll road concessionaires. In 2010, some 71 million vehicles traveled on these highways.

Port Management
Through the shared control of Portonave, Triunfo is authorized to commercially operate the Navegantes Port Terminal in the state of Santa Catarina, which began operating in October 2007 and is considered the most modern port in the country. The terminal has a 900-meter berth and handling capacity of 1 million TEUs. Portonave handled over 580,000 TEUs in 2010 and is already ranked as Brazil's second largest terminal in terms of cargo handling. In addition to this terminal, Portonave also owns Iceport, a trading company that handles own cargo and has a cold store facility with frozen cargo storage capacity of 16,000 metric tons, which is also located in Navegantes, Santa Catarina, adjacent to the port.
Power Generation
Through Rio Verde Energia, Triunfo holds the concession to commercially operate the Salto Hydroelectric Plant in the state of Goias, which has installed capacity of 116 MW. Rio Verde began operations in the second quarter of 2010 and recorded generation of more than 325,000 MW in the year. The power generated by Rio Verde is already sold for over the next 16 years to Votener.
New Projects
In the power generation segment, in 2010, Triunfo incorporated Rio Canoas Energia S.A. to install and manage the Garibaldi Hydroelectric Plant in Santa Catarina. The plant will have installed capacity of 177.9 MW and the concession contract has duration of 35 years.
The Company also owns a 190 hectare area in Santos, Sao Paulo where a future port project will be installed through Santa Rita S.A. - Terminais Portuarios, in which it holds an 88% interest. The project received a favorable opinion from the Brazilian Environmental Institute (IBAMA) for its Preliminary Environmental License.
Through Maestra Navegacao e Logistica, the Company works to structure the commercial operation of cabotage services, which should begin in 2011.
