Community Bank of Tri-County Partners with Healthiest Maryland to Promote Employee Wellness

WALDORF, Md., Sept. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Community Bank of Tri-County announced today its focus on developing an employee wellness program in partnership with Healthiest Maryland Businesses, a statewide initiative designed to engage business leaders in maximizing Marylanders' well-being.

Community Bank of Tri-County launched the employee wellness program in 2012. The program was designed to promote health and wellness for the mind, body and soul.  The program includes an onsite fitness center, with access to equipment and aerobic classes including yoga, Zumba and fit training, monthly health challenges and an online employee wellness portal, which includes access to health tips, workshops, health assessments and more.  As a member of the Healthiest Maryland Businesses initiative, Community Bank is provided with additional resources to further promote wellness.
