Phil Long will adopt Rentrak's local TV ratings currency in Colorado Springs and Denver for planning, buying and posting local television campaigns. Through Rentrak's detailed automotive demographics, the dealer group will have access to Rentrak's Auto Purchaser ratings, in addition to traditional age/sex demographics.
The Auto Purchaser ratings, which represent one component of Rentrak's comprehensive suite of Advanced Demographics, are based on a match between the viewing occurring in the home and the auto makes and models that are in that home's garage to provide agencies and stations with a more relevant and precise understanding of the power of local television for driving auto sales.
