Top Achievers Recognized at Company's Annual Americas Conference
SEATTLE, Feb. 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading global commercial real estate company Colliers International held its annual awards luncheon today, recognizing the company's top achievers across the United States, Latin America and Canada. The company's annual awards are bestowed upon individuals and teams for superior leadership and achievement in production, customer service, community involvement and innovation. More than 50 award nominees and more than 300 Everest Club qualifiers (top 10% of the Americas business by revenue) were honored at the luncheon, which took place in Denver as part of Colliers International's largest meeting, the Americas Conference.

- The Everest Award for top broker in 2014 went to Kyle Matthews, an investment real estate specialist, CCIM, and Executive Vice President in Los Angeles.
The Colliers International Everest Award recognizes top production across the enterprise, honoring industry leadership across geography and key markets, in sectors ranging from office to investment to hotel real estate. With a specialty in investment real estate, Kyle Matthews has been widely recognized as one of the top investment sales brokers and one of the best retail agents in the U.S. - The 2014 Innovation Award went to Chris Zlocki, Head of Strategy and Innovation in the company's Corporate Solutions group, for his work developing data-driven workplace solutions that help clients to advance their business objectives.
The company's annual Innovation Award recognizes innovative developments and new client solutions that help shape the industry and further set Colliers International apart from competitors. Based in Denver, Zlocki leads three practice areas including Lease Administration, Technology Services (including Colliers 360) and Consulting Services that are focused on portfolio strategy, footprint optimization, operations consulting, capital expenditure management and financial forecasting. - The 2014 Pinnacle Award went to Amy Sullivan, a Senior Associate based in Chicago.
The Colliers International Pinnacle Award recognizes outstanding excellence in customer service and support. Sullivan was honored for her superior service excellence, continually going above and beyond for her clients' personal and professional needs, and also for the people in her office. - The 2014 Tom Richardson Award went to John Folsom, President and Chief Executive Officer of Colliers International South Carolina, the state's largest commercial real estate firm.
The Tom Richardson Award, regarded as the most prestigious that Colliers can bestow, recognizes personal character of a level exemplified by the award's namesake, Tom Richardson. As CEO of Colliers' South Carolina operations, John Folsom is responsible for the administration of the firm and its service platforms, which include not only traditional commercial real estate services but corporate solutions and project management. He also devotes considerable time to client development. His experience as a former bank executive and his extensive involvement in the healthcare industry allow him to effectively advise clients in those specific industries. - Two Rising Stars awards went to Dylan Simon from Seattle and Robin McLuskie from Downtown Toronto.
Dylan Simon is a prominent blogger and technology advocate who played a lead role in developing DRiVE, a live three-dimensional visualization tool that provides clients a virtual tour through his market using a variety of data overlays. Based in Seattle, he led many NAIOP programs on the Puget Sound multifamily market and his team hosted an event for over 100 clients where he presented and moderated a client panel. Additionally, Dylan set a new rookie production record for the Puget Sound region.
Robin McLuskie is the youngest person to earn Vice President's status in Canada. Originally starting in an administrative analyst role, she had a banner year in 2014 with notable sales including a $60 million sale of a hotel, office and beachfront development site in the Bahamas; as well as two major hotels in Toronto. Additionally, she obtained her mortgage brokerage license so that she could spearhead a debt service platform for hotel properties, is the author of a number of publications and articles and is regularly requested to sit on hotel industry panels.
