SIA is a global advisor on contingent work and gives this award annually in recognition of employers who create an engaging and supportive work environment. The winners were recognized at the 27^th annual SIA Executive Forum North America, held in Miami Beach, Florida.

SIA places a heavy emphasis on the importance of statistically sound results. Thus, participating companies must reach a minimum level of employee participation based on a percentage of their total employee headcount. Companies were separated based on their appropriate size category, Collabera being in the 501 + internal employees group. Winners were chosen based entirely on the survey results.
